Cancellation Policy

To ensure we make the most of our time together, I kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for any lesson cancellations or rescheduling.

If a cancellation is made between 6 and 12 hours before the scheduled lesson, a fee of 50 percent of the lesson rate will apply. For cancellations made within 6 hours, the full fee will be charged.

I understand that genuine emergencies and sudden illnesses happen. Exceptions to these fees may be made at my discretion in such cases. Additionally, your first late cancellation will not be charged as a one-time courtesy.

Should I need to cancel a lesson suddenly, I will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer a makeup lesson at 50 percent of the cost.
